Group Supervision - The Ithaka Way

This is a Brainspotting group supervision space for Greek-speaking therapists who have completed Brainspotting Phase 1. Together, we reflect on casework, deepen our clinical insight, and return to what truly guides our practice: presence, purpose, and attunement.

Grounded in the spirit of Ithaca, this supervision group honours the long journey of the therapist, one marked not only by knowledge, but by the wisdom that comes from slowing down, looking inward, and staying present to the work. We hold space not only for challenges, but also for celebrating growth and breakthroughs. Each therapist's unique style and training, whether within or beyond Brainspotting, is respected and welcomed as part of the collective learning. This is a space of mutual honouring, where clinical reflection and human connection walk hand in hand.
